List your properties on Perch & Acre for free

Why list here?

• Foreign and diaspora buyers. The site is in English, priced per perch and in US dollars, with plain-English guides on the 99-year lease, costs and the coastal zone.
• Your name on every listing. "Listed by" your agency, a link to your original advert, and a page with all your listings.
• Search and AI answers. Every listing gets its own indexable page and appears on its town page, so it can be found on Google and cited by AI assistants.

How does it work?

1. We build a private preview from your public listings.
2. You reply yes, with the deed type for each property and confirmation that you hold the owners' go-ahead.
3. The listings go live, credited to you. You can take any of them down at any time.

Does it cost anything to list on Perch & Acre?

No. Listing is free and there is no commission from us. If we ever add paid extras, they will be optional, and we will email you at least 30 days before anything changes. Nothing you have already listed gets charged, and you can take listings down at any time.

Who do buyers contact?

You. Every listing says "Listed by" your agency, links to your original advert, and enquiries go to your agency. We are not an agency and do not sell anything ourselves.

What do you need from us?

Your yes, the deed type for each property, and confirmation that you hold the owners' go-ahead to market it. Nothing goes live without your yes.

How do I take a listing down?

Email contact@perchandacre.com. We remove it within two working days, usually the same day.
